FAQs

When will my order arrive?

Original paintings and on-hand prints can be expected in anywhere from 2 – 3 weeks. Some paper prints and virtually all canvas prints are made to order and that may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. Commissions will take longer. Any delays by UPS, USPS, or FedEx are not the seller’s responsibility. Please allow extra time when planning your purchase. Why don’t I see a specific print I’d like for sale?

Not every single piece of art made/seen on social media will be available for purchase. The shop is updated periodically.  Commission options will be coming soon. Commissions are an option and you can use the contact page to inquire.

Are custom print sizes available?

Custom print sizes are available on some items.  Use the contact page to ask your specific questions

Shipping

Current State of Shipping

I will do my very best to make sure you receive your order as quickly as the systems allow. Any delays by UPS, USPS, or FedEx are not the seller’s responsibility. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Estimated processing and shipping times

To ensure the highest quality of work, I use a variety of systems to print, package, and ship.  This lengthens the overall process.  Though orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, orders will take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to be delivered. Commissions will take longer. You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped with tracking info.  I do my best to meet your needs but cannot guarantee them.  Please note, depending on the size of an original painting the product may need to ship via freight.  This may significantly increase delivery costs.

Tracking

All orders are processed and shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx and will include tracking when shipped. However, some local orders might be delivered by myself. I will communicate this as needed.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted at this time. Faulty goods will be replaced on a case-by-case basis if adequate evidence is provided. All sales are final at this time.

What if something happens to my package?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.  Refunds will not be issued for items that have been marked as delivered. Please contact the mail carrier to locate the parcel with the tracking number provided.  If your order is damaged in transit, you must file a damage report to your local postal service, and send an email including pictures of the damaged item(s) through the contact page.

What if I provided the incorrect address?

If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
